Its been Inga’s dream to own and operate a café. So after nagging her husband for about a decade, the dream finally came true.
Firstly, it was decided that coffee quality must take centre stage in a Café. Therefore, Inga spent about 4 months researching coffee from every angle including chemical composition (her double degree in Chemistry and Biology helped with this task). After sampling a huge amount of coffee from various roasters, 5 Senses coffee was chosen. These guys have unbelievable knowledge of coffee.
In addition, Inga has been extensively trained by world class baristas in coffee making.
When it came to food there was a simple requirement – everything had to be the best, the freshest, the tastiest and given Inga is a girl, the best looking. The constant pursuit of the best ingredients comes at a price, but it’s worth it given the great response from the customers.
Thus the café and its concept was born. It was turned into reality when a run down café was purchased, renovated and renamed to Third Wave Café.
Inga wholeheartedly welcomes everyone to come in and try the coffee and sample the food. You might even have a chat to her and listed to the “delightful” Russian accent.
